THE COMMITTEE had consideration the report of (L.P.(40) 55). under preliminary the Committee on Ware### After an informal exchange of views, the Committee agreed:- to discuss this question at the meeting of the Committee to be held on Friday 13th December, 1940 at 10.0 a.m. 2. THE CHAIRMAN said that Sir Cecil submitting his report on warehousing, view that, if the co-ordination of the movement storage of goods was to be complete there was a ne for a Central Control of Port Clearance, working or at least in close liaison with the Control Storage Premises and Factory Space.
